About the founder of Gainsharing Inc.
Dr. Chuck DeBettignies
Dr. Charles (Chuck) DeBettignies has more than 20 years experience in the design, implementation, and use of gainsharing systems. He has assisted over 300 corporations with development of their systems.
Nationally recognized as an authority on the subject, he has worked with both service and manufacturing companies of three to 1,600 employees to achieve lasting success with gainsharing.
Dr. Chuck is an author, public speaker, and seminar leader, and has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
He is the author of the recently released book, The Gainsharing Revolution.
